Please note that certain benefits are only available after
successful completion of your probationary period.
Everybody who joins Bupa Cromwell Hospital is expected to
undergo a probationary period, which is normally six months. A
three-month appraisal will be followed by another at the end of the
six month period. This allows both the employee and supervisor to
assess performance, comment on progress and plan further
development. Following your appraisal and subject to satisfactory
performance, you’ll be able to join the permanent staff and claim
the benefits listed above.
