Each room is double glazed, equipped with a choice of national and international TV channels including SKY movies.  A list of available channels can be downloaded (pdf).

For patients who require something more luxurious, a choice of suites are available.  Please contact Reservations for further information on our suites. Some specialist units are multi-bedded, such as the Chemotherapy Day Unit, Critical Care Unit, Dialysis and Endoscopy.

Patients and relatives can also take advantage of the roof garden - a tranquil area to relax and unwind.

For patients who require something more, a choice of suites is available including the lavishly furnished Royal Suite. This is a high security suite designed by Scotland Yard which has bullet proof windows, steel reinforced doors and a closed circuit TV security system.

Fine and healthy cuisine

The kitchens are second to none, with cuisine for all tastes and dietary requirements. An important part of your care and recovery is to maintain adequate nutritional status. The nutrition and dietetic service (PDF) at the Cromwell can help tailor your individual needs according to your condition.

Appropriate food and nutrition is paramount for patients during and following treatment and the menus have been created working closely with our Nutritionists.  Many patients find post operatively or following chemotherapy for example, that their dietary needs fluctuate.

We aim to provide a range of meals suitable for all cultural, religious and special diets e.g. vegan, gluten free etc.

Special menus have been prepared for younger palates in the Paediatric Ward, and on request purees and special foods can be arranged.

Interpreters

The Hospital has a team of interpreters to translate for patients and relatives when required. We also offer other services for international patients.
