Acceptance criteria
- Acceptance of Term of lease and Rent and Service Charges renewed annually
- Acceptance the Sq Ft published will be subject to Survey
- Referring Clinician must have PPs
- Acceptance of lease effective date
- Cromwell Hospital reserves the right to withdraw lease if the agreement is not signed within 30 days of receipt of the agreement.
