About the Privilege Card

As a distinguished guest of Cromwell Hospital you have personally been selected to receive our Privilege Card.

This gives you exclusive access to our VIP concierge services, should you ever need to have an experienced healthcare team by your side.

Our team will look after every aspect of your visit to the hospital, ensuring your journey with us is tailored to your unique requirements. So if you need a driver to pick you up from the airport, or a specially prepared meal on arrival you only have to let one of the team know and we will take care of the rest.

In addition to some of the complimentary services available, your Privilege Card gives you preferential rates on our screening packages – such as 20% off our Premier health screening package.

The hospital has single en-suite rooms throughout, or the choice to upgrade to one of our four luxury suites.

The rooms can be personalised and include:

  • free Wi-Fi
  • phone in your room available for international calls
  • international newspapers
  • family accommodation
  • religious facilities

Catering, housekeeping, transportation and security

We'll do everything we can to make your stay as comfortable as possible with:

  • flowers
  • your dietary needs catered for
  • luxury toiletries in your room
  • cosy towelling slippers and robe
  • special occasion arrangements – cake/champagne can be arranged on request*
  • a pick-up and drop off service (complimentary within the M25) – arranged on request*
  • a butler service
