About Mr Jonathan Bernstein
Mr Bernstein qualified at Bristol in 2002 and completed Calman ENT training and his doctoral research thesis in Manchester. Jonathan has been an ENT consultant since July 2016. His elective was at the House Ear Institute in Los Angeles and he was selected for the Toronto advanced fellowship programme in head and neck surgical oncology, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and reconstructive microsurgery which he undertook for 3 years at UHN and Mount Sinai.
He has published and presented on oncological biomarkers, DCE-MRI, surgical navigation, clinical outcomes, Bell’s palsy, and other aspects of ENT, including Cochrane and BMJ Clinical Evidence reviews. He works with the JCIE, is head and neck MDT lead at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, and is co-editor of the head and neck section of Scott Brown’s textbook, 9th ed. Jonathan is committed to delivering high quality, safe and personalised care to all his patients.
