How to book an appointment
You don’t need Bupa insurance to access treatment with us – we work with most insurance companies, including AXA, Aviva, Vitality, and more. To make an appointment with one of our consultants, fill in the form at the bottom of this page or call us and we'll be happy to help.
Please note, we are unable to answer specific medical questions or offer medical advice over the phone, online, or by email.
If you are using private health insurance, you will usually need to be referred by a GP before you can see a consultant for an initial consultation. Anyone can self-pay for diagnostic tests and treatments – you don’t need medical insurance and, in most cases, you don’t need a GP referral either.
If you live in the UK but don’t have a GP, you can be referred by one of our private GPs. We offer same day private GP appointments at the hospital, available 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 1pm Saturdays. Please call us on +44 (0)20 7244 4881 to book a private GP appointment.
If you don’t live the UK, please get in touch with our International Patient Centre who will be happy to help.
Credit and debit cards
We ask all patients to provide a credit or debit card as a prerequisite for booking an outpatients appointment. This will only be used if you have any outstanding or additional charges.
