We believe private healthcare should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we’ve partnered with Chrysalis Finance to offer fixed-term loans for our fixed price packages – allowing you to pay for your treatment in monthly instalments, over a period of up to five years.
Our fixed price packages include pre-admission tests, procedure, professional fees, and post-operative outpatient care. There’s no hidden costs – just one clear price and a flexible way to pay.

To be eligible for finance through Chrysalis, you must:
- be aged 18 or over
- have been a UK resident for at least three years
- be in employment or have a regular income
- have had an initial consultation at Cromwell Hospital, to ensure you are eligible for the treatment you wish to finance
During the application process, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, three years’ address history, three years’ employment history, income and expenditure details, and bank account information.
No, Chrysalis loans are only available for fixed price packages. Please call our Self-Pay team on 020 7244 4886 to confirm your treatment’s eligibility before you apply.
Chrysalis will not provide loans for the following procedures:
- silicone face injections
- polyacrylamide gel injections
- synthetic permanent dermal fillers
- laser treatments in relation to hair growth
- supplements and vitamin IV treatments
- Brazilian butt lifts (BBL)
- semi-permanent makeup and tattooing
- pregnancy terminations
- fertility treatment
- oncology (cancer) treatment
- gender reassignment
- genital modification
- clinical depression
- alcohol and drug addictions
- collagen/hyaluronic acid

Chrysalis provides loans from £350 up to £25,000, subject to status.
A deposit is not required. If you want to pay one, and so reduce the amount you borrow, this is completely up to you.
If you do wish to pay a deposit, it cannot equate to more than 50% of the total treatment cost.
This will depend on the amount you borrow and whether you pay a deposit.
The monthly payments are collected by Direct Debit, starting one month after you sign the credit agreement with Chrysalis. These are subject to the usual guarantee from your bank.
You can start treatment as soon as the credit agreement with Chrysalis has been signed, and a treatment date has been set with your consultant.
The finance is arranged through Chrysalis Finance, the UK’s largest patient payment solutions company with a wealth of experience in the healthcare finance sector.
