Dr Kimberley Doubal

Dr Doubal graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2003 with an MBChB with Distinction. She undertook her paediatric training at The Royal Hospital for Sick Children and the Simpson Neonatal Unit in Edinburgh, as well as at leading hospitals in London including Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, The Royal Brompton Hospital, and St Mary’s Hospital. As part of her specialist training she undertook dedicated paediatric neurology training at Great Ormond Street Hospital, one of the UK’s leading centres for children with neurological conditions.

She is the lead for secondary care neurology for Chelsea and Westminster NHS Trust, and also practises in the paediatric emergency department, caring for children who are acutely or seriously unwell.

Her clinical interests encompass all aspects of general paediatrics including acute and chronic illnesses, health surveillance, routine checks and immunisations.

She has extensive experience in caring for children with a wide range of neurological symptoms and conditions, including concerns such as seizures, headaches, blank spells, tics and developmental concerns.

She takes a holistic approach to each child, considering their physical health, development and wider wellbeing, and works closely with families to provide individualised, compassionate care.
