Biography
Miss Farrugia completed her surgical training in London and Oxford, following an academic/ research background in fetal and perinatal urology in Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Institute of Child Health. She was awarded a travelling fellowship from the American Academy of Pediatrics, which enabled experience in leading centres in Boston and Baltimore.
She is an executive committee member of the Society for Fetal Urology, which establishes consensus practice in the management of prenatal hydronephrosis, vesicoureteric reflux, and congenital megaureter. She is a keen minimally-invasive/ robotic surgeon
