About Mr Michael Thilagarajah
Mr Michael Thilagarajah has been a Consultant Orthopaedic surgeon for 15 years specialising in the whole lower limb. His knowledge of hip, knee, and foot and ankle problems enables me to take a holistic view of these interacting joints. To date he has performed over 1,500 hip and knee replacements and deal with all aspects of foot and ankle conditions.
Mr Thilagarajah has been College Tutor for surgeons in training for nearly ten years, and regularly teaches on surgical skills courses. He works in the NHS as a senior clinician, gaining excellence awards for care and innovation, and holding many leadership roles.
