Diagnosis and management of upper and lower limb musculoskeletal injury including hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder, hip, knee, foot and ankle pain. Diagnosis and management of neck and low back pain. Management of osteoarthritis. Sports Injury. Tendon related pain/injury, including Achilles tendinopathy, Patellar tendinopathy and tennis elbow. Musculoskeletal ultrasound. Ultrasound-guided injection including joint injection (steroid, hyaluronic acid, platelet rich plasma) and shoulder hydrodilatation injection; Extracorporeal shockwave therapy

About Dr Sivanadian Mani-Babu

Dr Mani-Babu graduated from University College London Medical School in 2005 and completed Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM) training in the London programme in 2013.

He works as an SEM consultant at Barts Health NHS Trust where he also supervises training SEM doctors. He also works at The Basinghall clinic, is a club doctor at Fulham Football Club and works with British Athletics Disability Sport. Dr Mani-Babu is Honorary Secretary for the Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine and is an FSEM Membership Examiner.

Dr Mani-Babu has a wide range of clinical and leadership experience within the NHS, MOD, private sector and elite sport. He previously worked for many years at the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Centre Headley Court as lead consultant in the Centre for Spinal and Upper Quadrant rehabilitation and lead for education. He has worked at international sporting events including the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games and the 2017 Invictus games.
