Cromwell Hospital is delighted to announce the reopening of The London Centre for Gynaecology Care in its new location within the hospital.
The centre provides a comprehensive diagnostic service for a wide range of gynaecological conditions, supported by the latest technology and an on-site laboratory for fast, accurate test results.
Patients at The London Centre for Gynaecology Care are supported by our expert team, including leading gynaecologists, Endometriosis Clinical Nurse Specialists, and a Gynaecological Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist. Together, they work closely with colleagues across the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated, and personalised care for every patient.
In most cases, patients can access same-day diagnostic tests, including ultrasound, enabling prompt assessment and personalised care. We also offer a range of treatments at the hospital, including colposcopy, MonaLisa Touch®, hormone implant therapy, and hysteroscopy.
Patients with complex gynaecological conditions, including endometriosis and gynaecological cancers, are supported by dedicated multidisciplinary teams through our International Centre for Endometriosis and Integrated Cancer Campus. Working closely with the London Centre for Gynaecology Care, these teams ensure a seamless pathway from diagnosis through to treatment and ongoing support.
The relocation and expansion of the centre significantly enhance the patient experience. The newly designed centre features dedicated consultation rooms alongside purpose-built procedure and recovery rooms, which are directly connected to provide a seamless patient journey. The layout has been carefully designed to enhance patient privacy, dignity, comfort, and convenience throughout their visit. This is complemented by a consultant-led ultrasound service available five days a week within the hospital, providing greater convenience and access to specialist care.
